Seminary charged for firing gun

GUILDERLAND — A minute before midnight on June 30, John Seminary of 3771 Western Turnpike in Guilderland fired a gun during the course of a domestic dispute in his home, according to a release from the Guilderland Police Department.

He was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, a felony, and was scheduled for arraignment in Guilderland Town court on July 1.

    A majority of the 43 operators, laborers, and mechanics in the potential bargaining unit have signed cards choosing the Civil Service Employees Association as their bargaining representative, according to the union.
