Edith L. Keys

GUILDERLAND — Edith L. Keys of Guilderland died peacefully on Saturday, June 9, 2018, her family wrote in a tribute. She was 83.

Born in Altamont, Mrs. Keys was the daughter of the late George and Lavina Grant Knaggs.  

After graduating from high school, Mrs. Keys began working as a secretary with Schenectady Savings and Loan, where she worked for many years before retiring.

She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Her husband, Raymond Keys, died before her, in 2015. Her parents, George and Lavina Grant Knaggs, also died before her, as did her brothers and sisters, Robert Knaggs, Ruth Radziewicz, Arnold Knaggs, Oscar Knaggs, Margaret Knaggs, and Albert Knaggs.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 17, at 3 p.m. at the DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home at 5216 Western Tpke. in Guilderland.
