VCSF names three new directors

VOORHEESVILLE — The Board of Directors of the Voorheesville Community and School Foundation has three new members: Jaime Chismark, Emmanuel Arnaud, and Jerry Parmenter.

Jaime Chismark is a six-year resident of Slingerlands, with her husband, Dave, and four daughters — Ellie, Riley, Addie, and Cora. A registered nurse, she has spent two years as PTA co-president and chairs the Friends of the Voorheesville Playground committee.

Emmanuel Arnaud is a six-year resident of Altamont, with his wife, Heidi, and their son, Noah. When not piloting for NetJets Aviation Inc. or dual-sport riding across state lines, he serves as treasurer for the Altamont Scout Troop 264.

Jerry Parmenter, proprietor of Elemental Landscapes Inc. since 2001, is a fourth-generation resident of Voorheesville, where he lives with his wife, Monica, and two daughters, Jaynie and Ellie. As a Kiwanian, he organizes an annual tree fundraiser and he has used his landscaping and design skills for Voorheesville’s high school and elementary school as well as the rail trail pavilion, and village hall.
