Bible-based financial training offered in Voorheesville

VOORHEESVILLE — Dave Ramsey’s “Financial Peace University” classes begin on Sunday, Jan. 26, at the First United Methodist Church at 68 Maple Ave. in Voorheesville.

The classes run for nine weeks — on Sundays from 3 to 4:30 p.m. — and are meant to show attendees how to achieve their financial goals, eliminate debt, and save for the future.

Ramsey, a radio host, author, and motivational speaker, created the Bible-based financial training that includes video teaching and class discussions.
