To the Editor:

We would like to thank everyone who helped us with our back-to-school program. We had such an amazing amount of support.

We were able to send 106 students back to school with backpacks, supplies, and a new pair of sneakers. That is a record for us.

Now we are onto Thanksgiving and Christmas. If there is anyone interested in sponsoring a child for our Christmas program, you may call our office at (518) 797-5256 or email me at marybethp@ccalbany.org.

I would like to share some of the events we have planned at the Resource Center for the month Sept. We are hosting a free flu shot clinic at the Resource Center on Thursday, Sept. 21, from noon to 1:30 p.m. all are welcome.

Our senior lunches are back and our first one is on Thursday Sept. 28, at noon; join us for homemade lunch, music, and of course bingo.
