NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the preliminary budget for the Village of Altamont for the fiscal year June 1, 2017 to May 31, 2018 has been filed with the Village Clerk for the following funds: General, Water, and Sewer.
Copies may be obtained at the Village Office, 115 Main Street, Altamont, New York during regular office hours until Tuesday, April 4, 2017 when a public hearing will be held at 7:00 pm to consider such budget before final adoption. The annual salaries of
the elected officials are:
Mayor $ 4,906
Trustees $ 2,955 each
Justices $ 4,906 each

LEGAL NOTICE
The Knox Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, 13 April 2017 at the Knox Town Hall on Rte 156 in the Hamlet. The meeting will start at 7:30 PM. The meeting regards the Site Plan Review for a 1.6 Mega Watt solar array on a 28.2 acre parcel on Rte 156 near the border with the Town of Guilderland. The array will provide electric power to several Capital District businesses. All interested parties should attend to learn about the project and to ask questions and provide comments to the Planning Board.
