GUILDERLAND — Mr. and Mrs. Michael Fouhy of Guilderland are happy to announce the engagement of their daughter, Melissa, to Michael Wnek of Guilford, Conn.

Ms. Fouhy is a graduate of St. Michael's College with a master’s in social work from the Southern Connecticut State University.  She works as a clinical therapist at Yale University.

Mr. Wnek is also a graduate of St. Michael's College and received his master’s of business administration degree from the University of New Haven where he is employed.

An October 2013 wedding is planned at Eolia Mansion in Waterford, Conn.
