Wachtel, Valerio to wed

Pete and Pat Wachtel of Averill Park are happy to announce the engagement of their daughter, Deanna Wachtel, to Juan Valerio, son of Kelly Valerio and Mike Kaiser of Averill Park.

Ms. Wachtel graduated from Guilderland High School in 2005, from The College of Saint Rose in 2009, and from Ellis School of Nursing in 2013. She is a registered nurse in Albany.

Mr. Valerio graduated from Averill Park High School in 2005 and from the State University of New York College at Potsdam in 2009. He is a mason in Troy.

The couple is planning an October wedding.
