Multiple runs: A Guilderland town plow — bright orange in the dim light of heavy snow on Monday afternoon — clears the road on Seeley Avene as it turns onto Patricia Avenue. The snow fell for two days and Governor Andrew Cuomo declared a state of emergency for seven counties, including Albany County.
