Photos: Dutch Battle Hard In State Final But Fall In Double Overtime

Last weekend, Nov. 16 & 17, the Guilderland field hockey squad competed in their first-ever New York State final four held at Arlington High School in field hockey. On Saturday, the Dutch battled Section 11’s Sachem East where the Dutch used two fourth-quarter goals to pull away with a 4-1 victory to advance to the finals. On Sunday, they faced off against Section 1’s Mamaroneck where the Dutch fell in double overtime 2-to-1.
