Happy times: New Helderberg Reformed Church minister Lindsey DeKruif walks into the sanctuary on Sunday afternoon in Guilderland Center to be installed as the church’s new full-time minister, serving about 100 congregants. She hails from Minnesota and worked for a year as a pastoral resident at Calvary Reformed Church in Hagaman, New York and than two-and-a-half years as associate pastor at Christ Community Church in Clifton Park. One thing she really likes about the ministry, she said, is “how you get to be part of so many different parts of people’s lives.”
