On Saturday morning the BKW-Middleburgh team competed in the WAC championships at Fort Plain. The boys’ team finished fourth overall with 122 points and girls’ team finished third overall with 68 points

Finishing hard: BKW-Middleburgh’s Brian Bagley sprints toward the finish line in the boys’ 3-mile Western Athletic Conference championships on Saturday morning at Fort Plain. Bagley, the team's second finisher, finished 25th overall with a time of 20:33.99. The boys’ team finished fourth overall with 122 points.

And they’re off! BKW-Middleburgh runners Aiden Martin, Tim Jackson, and Matt DeMarco sprint from the starting line on Saturday morning at Fort Plain at the Western Athletic Conference championships. The team participated in the second of three waves due to COVID-19 guidelines. The BKW boys finished fourth overall with 122 points. Jackson finished 18th, the top BKW-Middleburg runner, with a time of 19:49.46; Martin finished 32nd with a time of 20:53.21, and Matt DeMarco finished 46th with a time of 22:33.30.
