Star Wars landed in Altamont on Halloween, attracting a crowd of witches and goblins as well as the uncostumed on Main Street. A two-story All Terrain Armored Transport, known as AT-AT, built by Max Corbett, Sean Snyder, Jeff Gregory, and others, dominated the scene as costumed Star Wars characters performed in its shadow.
