Remembering Doctor Anna Perkins: Jerry Finin speaks to a gathering of about 50 people at Westerlo Town Hall on Sunday afternoon, telling of the research that went into the biography he wrote of his doctor, Anna Perkins, a pioneer female physician in the Helderberg Hilltowns. The event, put on by the Westerlo Historical Society, featured reminiscences from her former patients — and her black 1956 Corvette convertible with a red interior.
