Last Wednesday, Sept. 7, the Guilderland field hockey team kicked off the 2022 season against Columbia at Afrim’s Sports Park in Latham. Both teams' defenses were put to the test all game long but Guilderland were able to squeak one past the goalie to win 1 to 0.
