Cardell Iarusso, who graduated from Berne-Knox-Westerlo in June, was hired by Altamont Spray Weld after completing work-based learning there. “It’s great being hired by Altamont because of the skills I directly learned here at BOCES and the internship I had there,” said Iarusso.
