On Saturday morning, the Hilltown triple crown ended up with the conclusion of the Altamont 5K on the roads of Altamont ended up at Bozenkill Park.

David Richards, 27, from Cobleskill breezed to victory on Saturday with a time of 16:05, forty-one seconds ahead of the second-place winner. Ross Wightman from Chatham won the 5K in Voorheesville last week. And Jon Lindenauer of Albany won the first Triple Crown race, in Berne.

Triple Crown winner: Michelle Puzulis, 15, from Berne, was the first female to finish the third leg of the Hilltown Triple Crown on Saturday morning in the Altamont 5K with a time of 21:28. Puzulis was also the first female in both the Berne and Voorheesville races.
