“Cops on Top” — or not: Last Friday, throughout the Capital District, police stood on the roofs of Dunkin’ shops to raise money for the Special Olympics. But at the Guilderland shop, at 2060 Western Ave., Guilderland Police officers stayed inside to due to unsafe conditions. They still helped with the fundraising, though.
