On Monday, Albany County Executive Daniel McCoy hosted the second-anniversary celebration of ACCESS, the Albany County Center for Essential Supportive Services, set up by McCoy and past Berne supervisor, Kevin Crosier, so Hilltown residents wouldn’t have to travel to Albany for services.
