On Tuesday morning, U.S. Congressman Paul Tonko delivered 34 books from the surplus at the library of Congress in Washington, D.C. to the Voorheesville Library.

Congressman Paul Tonko reads “Barnyard Boogie!” to a group of (mostly) attentive youngsters at the Voorheesville Public Library on Tuesday morning. Tonko brought with him 34 books, donated by the Library of Congress.
