On Tuesday evening Emre Rice and his mother Zeynep competed in the USA Taekwondo National Championships from June 28 to July 4 showed off their medals they won at the competition.

Big breaks: Emre Rice, background in air, and his mother, Zeynep Rice, show off their medal-winning ability to break boards. Emre won a gold medal and Zeynep won a bronze at the USA Taekwondo National Championships, which ran from , from June 28 to July 4. Both participated in the New York State Championships on the road to this year’s nationals in Minneapolis. Holding the boards are Anthony Rice, who won silver last year, and their father, Robert Rice, who is the master at the Guilderland Martial Arts in Guilderland.
