Back to shopping: A mother and her daughter walk past Old Navy in Crossgates Mall on Tuesday afternoon. Malls with filtration systems to screen out the coronavirus were allowed to open Friday in Phase 4 regions. But attendance was sparse on Tuesday as numerous Crossgates stores haven’t reopened.
