Photos: Blackbirds Fall In Physical Class D Semifinal

On Friday, May 30, the Voorheesville boys’ lacrosse team and the Stillwater-Mechanicville faced off at Stillwater High School in the Section 2, Class D semifinal matchup. Tensions were high all game long as both teams traded physical checks but Stillwater-Mechanicville wore down the Birds in the second half, which saw Voorheesville fall, 13 to 5.
