All in the family: Saturday morning, Sarita Crounse Winchell, left, great-granddaughter of Captain Henry Crounse, and Mark Crounse unveil a new historical marker at 447 Picard Road, where Captain Crounse lived from 1821 to 1901. He served in the Union Army during the Civil War. The marker was purchased with grant money from the William G. Pomeroy Foundation; the event was sponsored by the New Scotland Historical Association.
