Careful cooks: Kids learn from Maryellen Gillis, the Knox Youth Council coordinator, how to bake an apple pie last weekend as local volunteers shared their talents, offering free two-hour workshops. Over 60 kids took part in Knox’s first two Discovery Workshop weekends.
