Guilderland’s co-ed cheerleading team looked to use its momentum from winning its fourth straight sectional title to try to win its first state title at the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester on Saturday. The team missed out on making the final round by five-tenths of a point, finishing sixth out of 13 teams, with a score of 81.55.
