Photos: Dutch Duo Kinal And Burke Finish In Top 10 In NYS

On Monday morning, Feb. 24, the Guilderland Nordic skiing team took to the chilly Ski Bowl at Gore Mountain in the New York State Public High School Athletic Association's Nordic state championship. Guilderland had two competitors, Landon Kinal and Nathaniel Burke.

Fast climb: Guilderland’s Landon Kinal digs his poles into the snow as he starts to climb up the mountain hill. Kinal finished third in the state with a time of 26:11.0. Then on Tuesday, Kinal, Nathaniel Burke and Glens Falls’ Forrest Slingerland won the State title in the 3x3 relay.
