Photos: Blackbirds Cruise in First Round, Fall in Second

On Thursday, Feb. 17, the Voorheesville girls basketball team started their Section 2, Class B sectional game at home as the 13th seed against 20th seeded Mekeel Christian Academy. From the opening tip to the final whistle, the Birds won 72-20, then fell on Saturday evening to 4th seeded Ichabod Crane 69-34.
