Privacy: This chair sits inside of the lactation room at the ShopRite in Albany, unveiled to the press on Wednesday. The room will give mothers and workers the privacy to breastfeed or pump milk without going out to their vehicles. Another lactation room has been set up at the Whitney M. Young Jr. Health Center on Lark Drive in Albany. New York State law allows women to breastfeed in any public place; the designated rooms are to provide added privacy and comfort.
