Bees and Their Keepers at the Shaker Orchard. Meet the beekeepers and their bees, maybe try on a beekeeper veil, and get a little closer to these important residents at the historic Shaker apple orchard. Reservations required.

Caterpillar Crawl at the Albany Pine Bush Preserve. A feast unfolds with new leaves…for caterpillars! Search for newly emerged moth and butterfly larvae (A.K.A. caterpillars) and their telltale signs.  Reservations required for every attendee. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
