The Friendship Singers of Delmar will present a free Christmas 2018 public concert at the New Scotland Presbyterian Church at 2010 New Scotland Avenue in Slingerlands, on Wednesday, Dec. 19, at 7 pm. There’ll be something for everyone—from old favorites (some in surprising form!) and sing-alongs to the haunting strains of Robert Frost’s “Stopping By Woods,” set to music.  Our director is Marie Liddle, accompanist Peg Dorgan, and percussionist Jeff Marshall.

Santa will be visiting the neighborhoods within the coverage area of the Guilderland Fire Department on Sunday, Dec. 16. He and his elves will leave the fire house at 11 a.m. and plans to finish by 3 p.m. the truck will play very loud music, so that boys and girls can hear him coming. Please be on the lookout.

The 28th Annual Community Christmas concert will be held on Sunday, Dec, 16 at 7 pm at the First United Methodist Church 68 Maple Ave. Voorheesville, NY. The program will consist of music by the church choir, ReVamped, Capital Pride Singers and several Voorheesville school ensembles. Refreshments will be served in the Social Hall after the concert.
