Altamont Senior News for Thursday, April 26, 2018

Altamont and Hilltown residents 55 years and older are welcomed to the regular Tuesday luncheons held by the Altamont Seniors, starting at 11:30 a.m., at the St. Lucy/Bernadette Parish Center on Grand Street in the village.

You can bring any friends who are younger or older for the entertainment and lunch. Please call Winne Klenotiz at 518-861-5161 no later than Sunday evening prior to the scheduled event for a reservation.  Bus transportation will be provided only for seniors living in Altamont.

These are upcoming events:

— May 1: Lunch will be at the Home Front Cafe. Please call Winne Klenotiz at 518-861-5161 no later than the Sunday evening before the lunch;

— May 8: Third-graders from Altamont Elementary School will entertain our seniors; and

— May 15: Pat Lightbody will help us make “Sun Sculptures” with beautiful polished stones; all are invited.
