Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University

NEW SCOTLAND — Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University will again be offered at the First United Methodist Church at 68 Maple Ave. in Voorheesville, beginning on Sunday, Sept. 22, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. and continuing on Sundays for nine weeks.

Ramsey, an author, radio host, and motivational speaker, created the Bible-based series using video teaching and small-group activities and discussion to cover topics like cash-flow planning, investing, saving, credit, retirement planning, and giving.

“This course will help you achieve your financial goals by showing you how to eliminate debt, save for the future, and give like never before,” according to church member Dianne Luci.
