Hilltowns Players happenings Bring the kids to see a funny show

The Hilltowns Players will be presenting an encore presentation of its spring comedy, The Boardinghouse by Vern Harden.  The show will be held on Saturday, May 31, at 2 p.m. at the Thompsons Lake Reformed Church hall at the corner of Route 157 and Thompson's Lake Road.

It’s a fun show about some interesting guests residing at Miss Harriet's boardinghouse.  One guest is a taxidermist who speaks to dead people.  Another guest changes careers every half hour.

And a new arrival (when he isn't throwing a temper tantrum and sucking his thumb) is on a quest for a pirate's treasure that he's certain is buried in the basement.  It's entertainment for all ages, so bring the kids, too!

Oh, and did I mention that homemade refreshments will be served during intermission?

Come and join us for an evening of laughter.  Tickets are $10 at the door.
