Westerlo Library Notes for Friday, July 15, 2016

Our Summer Reading Program began on July 6. The theme is “On Your Mark, Get Set, READ!” We will explore sports, games, and activities that promote good health and fitness with books, science experiments, art projects, and other activities. Registration is ongoing and a full calendar of events is available at the link on our website – www.westerlolibrary.org

Book discussion

The library book discussion group will meet on Thursday, July 21, at 7 p.m. at the library. This summer we’re going to lighten up and let our reading take us to the beach or the mountains or wherever your ideal vacation destination is. If you can’t get away this summer, a good book can take you there. Read for pure pleasure and share your favorites with the group. Please join us. New members are welcome.

Technology walk-in Wednesday

Do you have a new Kindle or Nook but don’t know how to download books? Need to brush up on your computer skills or obtain basic skills? See Amy on Wednesdays between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m., for free, personalized, one-on-one instruction.
