Dennis Sullivan, of Voorheesville, is the first to complete the Library 36er Expedition, having visited all 36 libraries in the Upper Hudson Library System. Sullivan, Voorheesville’s historian and author of the Enterprise’s “Field notes" column, said, “I did it in three days essentially! What a long strange trip it was, as The Dead might say.”

Up and Running with HTML

This class will introduce Hyper-Text Markup Language (HTML), the language used to write for the web. We will cover the basics and then participants will create their own webpage. No experience with HTML necessary, though participants should have a firm grasp on using the computer. Participants can bring their own devices, or use one of the library’s laptops. Ages 14 and older; adults. Please register.

Join the Library Expedition!

Visit as many of the 36 UHLS libraries as you can during the months of September through November. Enjoy the self-guided road trip after picking up the map/passport at the Voorheesville Public Library.
