Snack Attack with the Honest Weight Food

Co-op

Students in grades five and up will learn how to eat healthy, even when snacking.  The Honest Weight Food Co-op teachers will set up stations where you can make smoothies, veggie and cheese kabobs, fruit dip, trail mix and healthy soda.  Take home the recipes so you can cook up more when you feel a snack attack coming.
