Voorheesville Library Notes for Saturday, June 20, 2020

We are slowly phasing in operations here at the Voorpl. Our first week back was staff only. As you can imagine, there was a lot of cleaning to be done.

Starting our second week, and continuing through June, select materials will be available for contact-less pickup Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Tuesday and Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Service hours and collection availability are ever-changing, so please check the website @voorpl.org for the most up to date details, or call the library between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Summer Reading

The library is excited to offer a summer reading program where we will read, create, and learn as individuals, families, and as a community. We are imagining something entirely new for the summer of 2020. Sign up for programs using the library’s Event Keeper calendar @voorpl.org. We have many offerings on our summer schedule and we are stocking our new online summer reading and learning software with fun challenges for all ages.

This summer will be a wonderful mixture of online and at home and outdoor adventures and activities as we "Imagine Your Story" as a Voorheesville community. We have selected some fantastic prizes that you will have an opportunity to win! Create an account on READsquared to start logging in your books:  http://voorplny10.readsquared.com/
