Creativity Lab:
Artist Trading Cards
Artist Trading Cards are tiny collages — the size of a playing card! Pick up a surprise bag of art odds and ends after 11 a.m., Friday, Jan. 15. You can add pieces from your own stash, and make some mini artwork. Since they are trading cards, you’ll need to share them with friends, then they can get inspired too! For grades 6 and up, please register.
College Conversation
The college choice is even more complicated these days! If you are a high school junior or senior and want to hear how colleges and students are adjusting to pandemic pressures, you are invited to join our Zoom meeting at 4 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 13. Please register online to get the link emailed to you.
Book talk
These are our February book-discussion dates:
— Books & Beyond: Wednesday, Feb. 24, at 11 a.m.: “Emma” by Jane Austen;
— Fiction Book Discussion: Wednesday, Feb. 10, at 7 p.m.: “Emma” by Jane Austen;
— Middle School Book Club (grades 6 to 8): Thursday, Feb. 25, at 4 p.m.: “The Lions of Little Rock” by Kristine Levine;

Please register online each month to receive the private meeting link for any of these virtual book discussions. Limited copies of the book are available, compliments of the Friends of the Library. Library copies will also be available for checkout and downloadable ebook and audiobook versions are on Overdrive.
