The Schoharie Library is offering these programs:
— Teen Thursday@YourLibrary: Thursdays, 5 to 7 p.m. Share book and reading recommendations, play games, craft your own projects, and more;
—Crafts Around the World: Mosaic Garden Stone on Thursday, May 19, at 4 p.m. Learn about mosaics, then use colorful bits and pieces, shells, stones, etc. to decorate cement for a garden stone. — Story Time with Miss Yvonne: Fridays at 10 a.m. Stories, songs, and fun activities;

— Knitcetera at the Library: Tuesday, May 24, from 10:30 a.m. to noon;
— Tech Savvy: Effective Presentations in PowerPoint and Google Slides: Thursday, May 26, at 1 p.m. Join us on Zoom or at the library: https://bit.ly/EffectivePresentations5-26.

On Monday, May 30, the Schoharie Library will be closed in observance of Memorial Day.
Looking ahead
The library is offering these programs in June:
— Japanese-style Stone Weaving Tea Mat and Tea Bowl: Thursdays, June 2 and 9, at 4 p.m. Decorate a ceramic tea bowl, work with a partner to weave a tea mat with bamboo dowels and string, then enjoy a special tea! Presented by Sally Ziegler. Registration required: https://bit.ly/StoneWeavingTeaBowl.

— Arts in Bloom Fest: Saturday, June 11, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Join us at the Schoharie Library for a fun day with an art and craft fair, music, a quilt and flower show, and more! You can make a woven bloom decoration with Sally Ziegler, a quilt-themed card or collage with fabric scraps, or paint ot draw a picture to hang on the clothesline or take home. Enjoy delicious food from Muddaddy Flats, from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
