Middleburgh Library Notes for Saturday, December 10, 2016

On Friday, Dec. 9 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Middleburgh is dashing into the spirit of the holidays again with a blizzard of excitement for Miracle on Main Street. This Charles Dickens-like event grows with each passing year not only in the hearts of our community but from afar as well.

The merriment has spread over the years to include businesses on Wells Avenue, Railroad Avenue, Chestnut and Clauverwie along with Main Street. There are many, many free offerings including a selfies with Santa, horse drawn wagon rides, bell choir, cloggers and stories, live animals, caroling and a special treat, Santa's live reindeer! We're thrilled to be able to invite Santa's reindeer back to the Dr. Best Museum again this year. Please come and join us.

Inside the Middleburgh Library at 5:30 p.m. enjoy the Gilboa-Conesville Central School Cheerleaders, at 6 p.m. Middleburgh’s Ecumenical Bell Choir, at 6:30 p.m. Depot Lane Singers, 7 p.m. Fiddlin’ Fr.
