Middleburgh Library Notes for Wednesday, November 24, 2021

The Middleburgh Library Annual Basket Raffle is all set to go. Stop in and get your tickets. We have 22 great baskets to choose from. The drawing will be held on Dec. 21.

Storytime

On Nov. 30 at 10:45 a.m. join Miss Terry for a fun, interactive Stay At Home Storytime for children 2-5 and their caregivers. We will read stories, sing songs, play games and participate in activities around a weekly theme. This storytime will take place on the Zoom platform. You will receive the Zoom link once you have registered.  Registration required.

Mahjong

11/30 - 1:00-4:00 PM - On Nov. 30 from 1 to 4 p.m. enjoy Mahjong in our Community Room.  Join our ladies for a fun afternoon. Men are also welcome.

 On Dec. 10 from 5:30 to 9 p.m. join us in Middleburgh, NY for Miracle on Main Street!

The Dr. Best Museum & Middleburgh Library are announcing our Tree-Decorating Contest.  Pick up your tree from the library during regular library hours, decorate it with anything your imagination can think of, and return it to the library by Dec. 8. All trees will be displayed inside the Carriage House during Miracle. "Miracle at the Museum". Age categories: 5 and under, 6-9, 10-12.  Prizes will be announced soon.

Warm apple crisp and hot cocoa will be served (by donation). You'll be able to vote for your favorite tree.

Masks are now required for everyone coming into the library, vaccinated or unvaccinated.  Thank You.
