We welcome those with no experience to advanced mediators', teens to seniors so give it a try. No registration is required. There is no fee. All are welcome.

Book discussion

On Nov. 20 at 7 p.m. join us to discuss  "One Flew Over the Cookoo's Nest" by Ken Kesey. Set in an Oregon psychiatric hospital, the narrative serves as a study of institutional processes and the human mind as well as a critique of behaviorism and a tribute to individualistic principles.
