On Tuesday, June 10, at 1 p.m., men and women are invited to come learn the game of Mahjong. No experience necessary; just a willingness to learn and have fun. No registration is necessary.

Kundalini Yoga

On Wednesday, June 11, from 5 to 6:15 p.m., and continuing every other Wednesday, join us for Kundalini Yoga facilitated by Debra Krol. This program involves repetitive movements with the breath, building strength, toning the nerves and clearing the adrenal glands.  Wear comfortable clothing, and bring two blankets or a mat and blanket. A $5 donation is requested. Use the back entrance when entering the building. No registration is required.

Knitting Circle

On Thursday, June 12, at 7 p.m., the friendly ladies of the Knitting Circle meet to knit, crochet, embroider, quilt, and more. You can learn a new skill here or share your own special talents with others or just craft in the company of friends. Drop in anytime. No registration is required

Dinner and a movie

On Friday, June 13, at 5:30 p.m., join us for a showing of The Monuments Men rated PG 13. The library provides the pizza and drinks and you provide the dessert to share. This is a wonderful community event, but make sure you register early as it fills up quickly.  Registration is required.

Summer reading program

On Monday, June 16, the summer reading program registration begins.  Stop in at the library and sign up for a great summer of programs for children.

On Thursday, June 19, at 7 p.m., join us for a concert with John White Jr. He became a hit, literally overnight at the age of four, by performing with his legendary father Josh White. In 1949, Josh Jr. landed his first role on Broadway. While continuing a solo acting career, Josh went on to perform and record with his father for the next 17 years on radio, television, Broadway, concert halls, and nightclubs around the world. Tickets are available at the door.  A $10 donation is suggested.  Please use back entrance.
