Middleburgh Library Notes for Wednesday, April 21, 2021

We are opening our doors to patrons. You can come in and browse the stacks, use the computer, print, make copies, or fax at half hour blocks. We will continue to provide curbside service.

Please note: We can only have 10 people inside the library at a time. At this time there is no seating and no use of public restrooms. Masks are required at all times while in the library and gloves (provided) must be used handling  books. We look forward to seeing you!

Drop-in Storytime online

On April 27 at 10:45 a.m. join Miss Terry for a fun, interactive storytime for children 0-5 and their caregivers. We will read stories, sing songs, play games and participate in activities around a weekly theme. Registration is required. Once you register you will receive the Zoom join link. 

Virtual Insight Meditation

On April 27 at 5:15 p.m. our popular Insight Meditation group is meeting virtually! What do you want most deeply? Seeing your life calmly and clearly helps answer this. Insight Meditation is a simple to steady your mind, stop wandering in day-dreams, and end the suffering of troubling thoughts. Our group is a place to sit quietly in safety, supported by others; to allow understanding and compassion to arise; to encourage loving-kindness and patience. We welcome those with no experience to advanced mediators', teens to seniors. Registration is required. Please go to our website to register and receive the Zoom link.

Are you interested in finding out more about knitting, drawing, or speaking another language?  Let us help! Contact Rebecca at and let her know what you are looking for, she will research, gather and collect library material and you can pick up your book’s.
