On Thursday, Nov. 7, from 1 to 6 p.m., the Bethlehem Public Library will have an American Red Cross blood drive. Call 1-800-RED-CROSS or go to www.redcrossblood.org for more information and to schedule an appointment.

Origami Club

On Thursday, Nov. 7, at 7 p.m. come to the library and learn basic techniques and get help with a special project. This program is for kids in kindergarten through grade 12.

 Bear Snores On

On Friday, Nov. 8, at 10 a.m., join us at the library to view stories, read books, and do hands-on activities that encourage collaborative learning between parents and children. Call 439-9314 to sign-up. This program is for children age 4 through 6 with an adult.

Alzheimer Series

On Friday, Nov. 8, at 1 p.m., the library’s Alzheimer Series presents Recognizing Caregiver Stress. This program is presented by the Alzheimer’s Association and Community Caregivers.

Daybooks

On Monday, Nov. 11, at 1:30 p.m., join us for a discussion of Billy Lynn’s Long Halftime Walk by Ben Fountain. New members are welcome. Copies of the book are available at the information desk. Audio copies may also be available.

Kitchen science

On Monday, Nov. 11, at 2 p.m., explore mixing molecules of water and oil; create a lava lamp using a well-known effervescent antacid. Call 439-9314 to sign up. This program is for kids in grades 2 through 5 with an adult. This is a library STEM program.

Get your geek on

On Monday, Nov. 11, at 7 p.m., the library will have a Lego Club just for grownups. This program is for adults abd teens age 16 and up.
