Bethlehem Library Notes for Wednesday, October 23, 2013
On Thursday, Oct. 31, at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., the Bethlehem Public Library has a pre-K Halloween parade. There will be a holiday craft and a movie followed by our annual trick-or-treat parade through the library for the pre-K kids. Costumes are optional. This program is for children up to age 6 with their family.
Music and movement
On Friday, Nov. 1, at 10 a.m., come to the library and sing, dance, and play an instrument. This program is for children ages 2 to 6 with an adult.
Tabletop gaming day
On Saturday, Nov. 2, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., drop in to the library anytime for games and snacks; bring a lunch if you wish. This program is for adults and teens age 16 and up.
A Little Sunday Music
On Sunday, Nov. 3, at 2 p.m. join us for Nina Fine and Steve Dahlin, a vocal duo who perform opera favorites, art songs, and Broadway standards.
Knit One, Purl One
On Sunday, Nov. 3, at 2 p.m., bring a current project or, if you’re a beginner, bring size 8 knitting needles to the library for Knit One Purl One; we’ll provide some yarn to get you started. This program is for adults and children age 9 and up.
Pajama Rama
On Tuesday, Nov. 5, at 7 p.m. , come to the library for bedtime stories and fun; for children up to age 6 and their families.
Teen advisory group
On Wednesday, Nov. 6, at 3:30 p.m., is the monthly TAG meeting at the library to talk about teen programs and activities. For kids in grade 6 through 12.
