Bethlehem Library Notes for Friday, May 9, 2014
On Friday, May 16, at 1 p.m., a member of the Yaddo Garden Association will present a virtual tour and share historical information about Yaddo and its founders at the Bethlehem Public Libraryy. This program is cosponsored by Bethlehem Senior Projects, Inc.
Minecraft 3-D
On Friday, May 16, at 4 p.m., come to the library and create and produce an original object using the library’s MakerBot 3-D printer. This program is for grade 4 and up. Call the library at 439-9314 to sign up.
Tiny food party
On Monday, May 19, at 7 p.m., the library will have tiny snacks, tiny crafts, and big fun. For kids in grades 6 through 12.
Friends meet
On Monday, May 19, at 7 p.m., there will be a meeting of the library friends. This meeting is open to the public.
Lego Club
On Tuesday, May 20, at 4 p.m., come to the library where we supply the Legos, and you supply the imagination. Try Lego challenges and build friendships. This program is for kids and families.
Growing roses in the northeast
On May 21, at 6:30 p.m., join us at the library to learn how to select, plant and maintain rose varieties that grow well in our area. Presented by David Gade, supervisor of garden operations at the world-class Central Park Rose Garden in Schenectady.
