Bethlehem Library Notes for Monday, March 10, 2014

On Friday, March 7, at 10 a.m., come to the Bethlehem Public Library for music and movement. Sing, dance, and play an instrument. This program is for children ages three to six with an adult.

Daybooks

On Monday, March 10, at 1:30 p.m. join us to discuss Gold by Chris Cleave. New members are welcome. Copies of the book are available at the information desk. Audio copies may also be available.

Animal hospital

On Monday, March 10, from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m., Dr. Jennifer Bull from Delmar Animal Hospital will be at the library to give your stuffed animal a checkup and tell you how to keep your real pets healthy, too. Drop in anytime. This program is for children ages three to eight.

Board meets

On Monday, March 10, at 6:30 p.m., the Library’s board of trustees will meet. This meeting is open to the public.

Book discussion

On Monday, March 10, at 7 p.m., YA Books for teens and adults will discuss Divergent by Veronica Roth. New members are welcome. Copies of the book are available at the information desk. Audio copies may also be available.

Raising a money-smart kid

On Tuesday, March 11, at 7 p.m., learn how to help your child develop responsible money habits. Cornell Cooperative Extension educator Maria DeLucia-Evans facilitates this program. Parents and caregivers welcome.

Afterdinner Books

On Wednesday, March 12, at 7 p.m. Afterdinner Books group will discuss Beautiful Ruins by Jess Walter. New members are welcome. Copies of the book are available at the information desk. Audio copies may also be available.
