VOORHEESVILLE — About a dozen students at Clayton A. Bouton High School are using a room at the school to “shop” — without cost — for food procured through donations from Hannaford Supermarkets.

The Guilderland Elks donated $2,000 to the Guilderland Food Pantry, which Executive Director Mac McDonnell, center, said will be used for holiday meals and for backpack programs at six Guilderland schools.

Altamont residents had their portraits taken by The Enterprise in Schilling Park during Sunday's festival of lights, presented by Altamont Community Tradition.

The annual Holiday Greens Show put on by the Guilderland Historical Society and the Guilderland Garden Club at the historic Frederick-Mynderse House was replaced with a holiday craft show and wreath sale at the open-door garage behind the house.

Decorated Cars and trucks joined the Hilltown holiday parade held last Sunday evening.
